The high quality of MACOLO extra virgin olive oil

To ensure high-quality oil, we cultivate olives traditionally, hand-pick, and store them at low temperatures before cold-pressing within 24 hours. The oil is decanted, filtered, and kept in an oxygen-free environment.

We grow olive trees in a traditional way,using only natural products.

The "Macolo" oil is a field blend made from Moraiolo, Leccino, and Frantoio olives.

The flavor is slightly bitter and mildly spicy, with a lingering aftertaste of artichoke and tomato leaf. Its aroma of freshly cut grass and fresh olives gives it a pleasantly harmonious character.
